****23 July 09 - Urgent Notice from LexisNexis Australia & US****

If you are running PCLaw 8.10a, 8.10b, 9.31a or 9.31b and are receiving the following error message: "INVALID PCLAW PROGRAM FILES - PLEASE REINSTALL PCLAW",
please do NOT reinstall PCLaw as this will not resolve the issue.

* For PCLaw Version 9, go to www.pclaw.com/techpage.asp and download Version 9.31d

* For PCLaw version 8, go to www.pclaw.com/techpage.asp and download Version 8.20c

Once you have downloaded the update you need to run it on all computers in your office.

Cascade & PC Law

Cascade Consulting Services has supported PCLaw & PcLaw Pro in Queensland since 1998. This product has been renamed to Lexis Back Office Library.

Training & Support for PC Law users will continue to be provided by Cascade Consulting Services. Any complex technical issues will need to be referred to Lexis Nexis in the US.

PC Law Pro & Lexis Back Office Library: Cascade has 10 year experience supporting PCLaw & PCLaw Pro. The name of the product has changed to Lexis Back Office Library, however the product is fundamently the same. Cascade continues to provide support and training for PCLaw, however all sales are now handled by LexisNexis in Sydney, with a new pricing model.

PCLaw Sales are now handled by LexisNexis Australia. Cascade Consulting is happy to continue to train and provide advice to law firms running PC Law.

Classroom Training
Courses in Computer Labs will be held on demand when there are 6 people per class.
